What if I’m the only Christian that somebody sees?/ Would they be drawn to the LORD by what they see in me?/ Or would they want to criticize as they see my hypocrisy / What if I’m the only Christian that somebody sees?/ Working at my station, I thought I was alone / I cursed the job that I had done with words I should not have known / They heard my foul language, and looked surprised at me / I turned away in shame as I heard the SPIRIT say / What if I’m the only Christian that somebody sees?/ Would they be drawn to the LORD by what they see in me?/ Or would they start to criticize as they see my hypocrisy / What if I’m the only Christian that somebody sees?/ Is there someone in your life today / Who may be drawn to the LORD by what you do or say / Don’t take for granted that they will understand / While you’re a sinner saved by grace / Temptations still fly in your face / And you can fail like anybody can / That’s why you need Jesus to hold your hand / (spoken) The bible says see that you are pure in every word and deed, that no one can criticize you, and it would be better that a millstone be placed around your neck and you thrown into the sea than to do anything that would cause one to be lost. So remember these words next time you’re tempted to do something that would dishonor your LORD……/ What if I’m the only Christian that somebody sees?/ Would they be drawn to the LORD by what they see in me?/ Or would they start to criticize as they see my hypocrisy / What if I’m the only Christian that somebody sees?
